Vincent Bailey - Founder
Having worked in London with Merrill Lynch International and Hambros Bank in senior credit trading roles for more than 10 years, Vincent moved into executive recruitment with a leading global recruitment brand in 1998. Transferring to Sydney in 1999 he was appointed Managing Director, responsible for the NSW businesses. In conjunction with the Asia Pacific CEO, he successfully grew the business to 300 people in 6 offices across Australia.
Vincent consolidated both his experience in trading and recruitment to commence Bailey Executive in 2005 in order to develop a Global Markets Executive Search firm.
Vincent has completed numerous retained search assignments across Global Markets, Funds Management and Investment Banking in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and North America.
