Vincent Bailey - Founder & Managing Partner

Vincent founded Bailey Executive in 2005. With over 20 years in executive search, Vincent’s has completed multiple high-profile assignments across Global Markets, Funds Management and Investment Banking in Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom.

Prior to establishing Bailey Executive, Vincent was Managing Director for the Australian arm of leading UK recruitment business. In addition to running the business, he personally completed search assignments across Fixed Income, Equities, Investment Banking and Funds management.

Before entering the recruitment industry in 1998, Vincent spent over 10 years working as a Senior Credit trader for leading Investment banks in London. Vincent consolidated both his experience in trading and recruitment to commence Bailey Executive to develop a ‘best in class’ Financial Services Executive Search firm.
